With 20 years in cyber security, Jim is an early-stage revenue operator helping take 3 security start-ups to exits and increasing shareholder wealth by $808M. Prior to ISARA, Jim was CRO of Dome9, the first innovator of cloud security posture management managing a global team that grew the company from $150K ARR to $19M in 18 months prior to being purchased by Checkpoint. Previous to Dome9, Jim was the VP of Sales for Trend Micro's Deep Security Business unit, the first innovator of Cloud Workload Protection Solutions, which increased revenue by 280% within a $100M business unit. He started his executive security career at enCommerce as an RVP which was purchased by Entrust. During his career, Jim has been the recipient of CRN Channel Champion award for two consecutive years.

Vijay Viswanathan is the VP Product and GTM at ISARA Corporation, a Quantum Security company with the mission to make the world quantum safe. As a 3x founder and seasoned technologist, Vijay has successfully led one startup to $24M in ARR and several others to product growth and acquisitions. With a proven track record in product development and go-to-market strategy, he has held leadership roles across four startups in the Gen AI, large language models (LLM), quantum security, cybersecurity, and computer vision space—two companies of which were acquired. Recognized for driving innovation, he has earned multiple accolades, including awards from On Deck Fellowship, Forum Ventures Innovation, GM Innovation, TiEcon and others between 2017 and 2025.

Justin Mathews is the Director of Research & Development at ISARA Corporation.

Justin oversees the development of ISARA's quantum-safe cryptographic products and solutions. He leads a team of talented engineers and researchers in creating innovative security technologies that address the quantum computing threat.

With extensive experience in software development and cryptographic implementation, Justin has been instrumental in bringing ISARA's research innovations to market through practical, deployable solutions.

Justin holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and has over 10 years of experience in software development and cryptographic engineering.

Rob Williams is the Director of Technical Strategy at ISARA Corporation.

Rob joined ISARA in 2018 as a Security Developer before working his way up to management, and eventually a directorship. Today, Rob is responsible for overseeing the execution of ISARA's strategic vision.

A highly-regarded software developer, Rob is deeply experienced in several programming languages, software development methodologies, secure communication protocols, platforms, architectures, and more. Over his multi-decade career, Rob has held various leadership and engineering positions, including at organizations such as Certicom and BlackBerry.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Newcastle.
