Demand Generation Manager

Location: US Hybrid

Type: Full-time | Enterprise Cybersecurity | Build and Run the Marketing Engine from Scratch

ISARA is an innovative leader in quantum-safe cryptography, helping enterprises and governments define their crypto risk before quantum computing renders current encryption obsolete.

The market is moving quickly. Organizations are beginning to understand the risk, regulators are paying attention, and the window for leadership is now. ISARA has a first-mover advantage in this space and intends to capitalize on it.

We are hiring our first dedicated marketing operator to build and run the go-to-market engine that turns that advantage into awareness, marketing pipeline, and enterprise adoption. The opportunity is exciting: building out the marketing program from it’s early stages.

This role is about creating and harvesting demand with best-in-class execution, speed, and ownership.

You will be the primary marketing operator initially, working closely with the executive team, and marketing advisors. The high-level marketing strategy is taking shape. Your job is to execute it quickly, measure results, and continuously improve the system.

About the Role

We need someone who moves fast, produces content quickly, launches campaigns with an eye for detail, and measures performance while also thinking strategically:

The marketing strategy focuses on 3 core pillars:

  • Inbound and content marketing to educate the market on quantum risk and drive organic demand inbound to the websit
  • PR and brand awareness to establish ISARA as the authority in quantum readiness and capitalize on our first mover advantage
  • Field marketing to support industry conferences and executive-level engagement, specifically enabling Sales to generate opportunities and drive them to close

This role owns marketing execution end-to-end. From content generation to campaign launch to performance monitoring and optimization. You will work directly with the executive team, sales leadership, and advisors to ensure marketing programs consistently generate qualified marketing pipeline and enterprise engagement.
